• He has Varied and rich professional experience of over 35 years in the field of instructions / training, command & leadership, civil engineering project management, administration, logistic, security, disaster management, bomb disposal and de-mining in Asia, Europe and Africa.

• Completed Numbers of professional courses at home and abroad.

• Served as Associate professor at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST). and senor instructor in the school of military engineering

• Apart from the above Mr. Monwar has served as faculty member in many private universities and also involved as part time trainer and consultant.

 Monitoring progress and reviewing assumption
 Maintaining momentum and building on change
 Assessing your change management skill

Course Objectives  During this one-day Change Management Program, managers will:
 Gain an appreciation for the impact of change management on organizational results
 Understand foundational aspects of change management and the critical role managers play in the change process
 Learn a practical framework for processing the many changes that impact them
 Understand how to apply the Prosci ADKAR® Model to facilitate individual change and identify reasons for employee resistance
 Assess a current change impacting their team and practice using tools available to them in the Change Management Guide for Managers toolkit
 Create action plans to move employees past barrier points and to the desired future state
